The HKUST DBA Program will be holding two Roundtable Discussion events in China, on 14th and 16th October in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet with the program leaders, gain insights into the program’s unique strengths, and explore how the HKUST DBA can help you establish thought leadership in your field.

You may join either of the following HKUST DBA Roundtable Discussion:

• Shenzhen session on 14th October (Tuesday) at 6:30pm - 8:00pm
• Beijing session on 16th October (Thursday) at 6:30pm - 8:00pm

During this Roundtable Discussion, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Join a research talk hosted by Prof. Mengze Shi, the HKUST DBA Program Academic Director, on “Managing Mass Creativity: Evidence from Online Novel Platforms”. This paper examines the effects of incentive plans on publishing platform such as YouTube, on the quantity and quality of creative production, emphasizing the importance of a proper incentive design.
• Unveil the distinctive aspects that sets HKUST DBA program apart from the others
• Gain invaluable insights from program leaders on constructing your DBA research proposal
• Connect with like-minded professionals, sharing aspirations and objectives through embarking on a DBA journey
